A few yoga class tips for a better experience:
- Arrive 10 -15 minutes
Before class scheduled start time
- Practice should be done on an empty stomach
- Do not eat 2-3 hours before class
- Bring a Yoga mat and towel
- Bring a bottle of water
to ensure proper hydration

Vinyasa and Hot classes:
- Come on an empty stomach, nothing to eat 2 hours before class.
- Drink plenty of water beginning hours before class time.
- Shorts and tank top shirt, dress as if you are going to the beach.
All classes are suitable for beginners – Yoga is non-competitive, we move at our own pace.
