Sammy Burns’ journey into yoga stems from curiosity and self-expression. As an artist, she found that yoga was the greatest way to ground herself and allow creativity and inspiration to flow through her. Having practiced for several years and feeling the benefits of regular yoga practice, she attended teacher training to learn more about the history of yoga and how it works, physically and spiritually.
With a new depth of understanding and passion, she completed her training and was offered the opportunity to share the practice which has made such an impact in her life with others. While she’s still new to teaching, she’s growing and learning and striving to become the teacher that she hopes to be, one that can inspire the love for yoga and the sense of peace and authenticity in her students.
