Beginner Yoga

Beginner Yoga classes will help to build a foundation in yoga and teach beginner’s poses and fundamentals while offering a challenge for people who are new to practicing yoga.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for  45 seconds to two minutes; or even five minutes or more for advanced yoga practitioners.

Upa Yoga

Upa yoga is a system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles and energy system. Upa yoga releases the inertia in the energy and brings ease to the whole system.


“Angamardhana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. Angamardhana revitalizes the body’s various systems on all levels.
