Couples Night Out

Partner Yoga event on Friday, February 24th 2012 at 7:30pm

Cost $35.00 per couple

COUPLES CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS

YOGA IS NON-COMPETITIVE, WE MOVE AT OUR OWN PACE

A few tips for a better experience: Arrive 15 -20 minutes prior to class , practice should be done on an empty stomach, do not eat 2-3 hours prior to class, bring a Yoga mat and/or towel and be ready to have some fun!!!

Snack and drinks provided for Happy couples after event.

Yoga for Kids ROCKS (Respect, Ownership, Caring, Kindness and Spirit) is all about breathing , stretching and learning respect for yourself and others,

11:30-12:00 5-8 Kids class

12:30- 1:15  pre-teen 9-12

1:30- 2:30 Young adult 14-18

We at Taylor Yoga feel that if reached early, our next generation can learn self respect and love. In doing so, we will put an end to bullying and negative behaviors produced from fear.
