Weekly classes at Taylor Yoga are 1 hour long. Level I classes are beginner friendly.  Level II classes are intermediate level.

Workshops are priced separately from weekly classes, and will provide students with a more in-depth approach to Hatha Yoga practices.  These sessions will delve into the finer details of the practices, allowing more time for questions, corrections, and guided review.  Workshops may be as short as 1 session of 2 hours, or as long as 4 sessions of 3.5 hours.

Hatha Yoga

Fundamental movements and postures for flexibility, core strength, and balance.

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga

Gentle Therapeutic Yoga incorporates a slower, more gentle flow. It is perfect for those recovering from injuries or with limited flexibility and mobility

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga emphasizes increasing the holding time for each posture.  Postures will be held for 3-5 minutes.

Sun Salutation

Sun Salutation is a dynamic flow that will work the entire the body, increasing both strength and flexibility.


“Pilates” is a system of exercise that consists of movements that focus on increasing flexibility, strength and endurance. Special equipment like stability balls, ladder barrels, and reformers are often used, but many Pilates routines are structured using only the body. Pilates emphasizes the use of the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and thighs, to increase core strength and balance.

Upa Yoga

Upa yoga is a system of exercise that activates the joints, muscles and energy system.  Upa yoga releases the inertia in the body and brings ease to the whole system.


“Angamardhana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. Angamardhana revitalizes the body’s various systems on all levels.
