Class Tips:

Arrive 10 -15 minutes prior to class

Practice should be done on a empty stomach

Do not eat 2-3 hours prior to class

Slow Flow Yoga is wonderful for beginners. The class is designed to help you overcome the pressures of modern day life. Course will be gentle, slow and calm.
Gentle Yoga is gentle but effective, promoting flexibility, balance, strength and wonderful posture. Class will tone
the body, create energy, improve stamina, digestion and
so much more.
Hatha Yoga is a moving sequence of Yoga poses
for flexibility, strength and relaxation. Class will get you fit, regulate weight, relieve stress and teach how to relax by practicing yoga with your favorite Rock and Roll music.
